Hello! Sorry if I am a bit late. I don't have to go in to work tomorrow, so my sense of time is a bit off. The evening is only just beginning, haha!

Seriously though: this week, I hope to get some drawing done. There is my art school exam coming dangerously close and I want to do finish at least one other page of The Darkest Hour. I'm on holiday this week, but I'm not going anywhere. I want to get some artwork done. I know I always say that, only to end up doing nothing much. So this time round, I'm setting myself a schedule: rise between 8 and 9, work from 10 to 12, lunch break from 12 to 2 pm, work again from 2 until 6. Any work that gets done after dinner is a bonus (I also hope to go to the cinema once or twice...).

As a treat to myself, I'll be lunching out (in the evenings I cook). Since moving into my flat, I haven't once had takeaway and I have rarely eaten out. Now I want to try out the restaurants in my neighbourhood, because I really have no idea if they are any good. It seems like a fun project, a good way to holiday at home and a great means of not having to do the dishes during my lunch break :p. I have been thinking I might take my Gawain comic notebook along and ponder my pages while someone else is cooking my food...

I like this plan. Let's hope it works out. :D

***

Arthur has pulled the sword from the stone. Having, in one swoop, freed several British slaves as well as the Irish warrior Morholt, Arthur and his men now try to make it home before they get caught by a Saxon patrol. But they haven't got far when they run into King Pellinore of the Jutes, who challenges Arthur to a fight, gives him a good beating, and then wants to be friends. Yep.
