Which is kind of ridiculous because all they ask is that I draw my favourite character from the book! And I love drawing Ned! And I draw Ned all the time! My notebook at work is full of fine-looking little Neds. And now I'm apparently unable to draw a satisfying Ned picture. I don't understand.
The worst thing is that I should have been drawing Arthur and his lot making their entrance in my comic. And instead I have been not-drawing Ned -_-.
Oh dear.
Anyway - here is today's comic page, featuring a moment of fatherly tenderness and therefore dedicated to

Morgana has tested her little nephew's mettle by unleashing her unwholesome powers on him, sapping the life from his arm. Gawain was able to heal himself, though the effort has been considerable. He is still asleep, recovering. King Lot discovers a whole new side to Morgana - and to his eldest son...

Date: Thursday, 11 July 2013 06:53 pm (UTC)I love the shape of curled Gawain, his legs and especially his knees. But in the second panel, if you notice, Lot's bottom disappears into nowhere. Consider the bed as a physical object on which Lot is seated too :)
