I haven't got a lot to say this week, except that I'm making progress with my Arthur episode. Because of the Easter holidays, the trains are less full and I have been able to do some pencilled (sketch) pages too, so that's nice. I hope that scripting the part that comes after the first appearance of Arthur won't be too difficult; it's still a bit vague and there are really dramatic events ahead...

Connla, who trains the boys at Dunpendyrlaw in arms, has been sent to the court of King Ryan the Giant, so the younger boys are trying to figure out how to spend the day. Agravain takes the lead: he wants to play "Arthur". Who?!

Ahaha, fantastic! They're all so cure, especially little nervous Gawain.

My dear, I have to ask you a favour: could you please suggest me an insult in Dutch? Something a man would say to another man, on the like of "asshole", "bastard" or something like that. Don't worry, I don't have to insult anybody in RL, it's just for a bit of comics fun. Thank you!

I'm using my Snape icon because Here There Be Swearwords ;P (can't do that next to a Gawain icon).

THE word you are looking for is klootzak (that, er, basically comes down to calling the other guy "scrotum" but, well, less medical-like :P). It's a very popular word. If he's a really terrible bastard/asshole then you go for "godverdoms(ch)e klootzak".

Do I need to change the rating of my journal now, you think? :P

Ooh, poor little Gawain! I want to give Agraivine a good, swift kick for being such a sexist pig. Gaheris is a sweetie, however.

Whatever did happen to their aunt? (She is their aunt, isn't she?). Will we ever find out?
