Ehm. Not a single line on paper for page 162 yet. Wish me luck...
***
Arthur has pulled the sword from the stone. Having, in one swoop, freed several British slaves as well as the Irish warrior Morholt, Arthur and his men now try to make it home before they get caught by a Saxon patrol. But they haven't got far when they run into King Pellinore of the Jutes, who challenges Arthur to a fight...

Concrit is still and always welcome :).
New page next Sunday! (if all goes well :p)

Date: Sunday, 22 March 2015 08:27 pm (UTC)I'm glad you like Cai, because I like him too! He is also instrumental in my understanding of Arthur's character, which you may remember took me a long while to figure out. So I love Cai for helping me, too :p.

Date: Friday, 3 April 2015 08:02 pm (UTC)I'm not sure it will end good for Arthur, though.
Elsinore/Pellinore - I like that explanation. And why shouldn't he be a Jute. I'm sure he was!
Re: challenge
Date: Sunday, 5 April 2015 06:56 pm (UTC)-I don't think Arthur *can* refuse without losing face, though Cai has the more sensible notion...
