Alas, alack!
Thursday, 10 July 2014 10:33 pmI'm terribly sorry, but there is no new page today. The thing is, life conspired against the comic this week.
On Sunday I was sick and slept through most of Roger Federer's Wimbledon match against Novak Djokovic.
On Monday I was still sick, so after work I went straight to bed.
On Tuesday I spent my evening doing a second viewing of the flat I'd seen last week. While mulling the whole thing over at home, I heard on the radio that Germany made three goals in five minutes against Brazil, so I switched on the television to check if the Brazilians were on the field at all. I ended up glued to the screen in amazement and went to bed reaaaaaally late.
On Wednesday I had to make an offer on the flat, and I was so stressed out that I got on the wrong train, so I arrived home an hour later than I should have. I made my offer and went to see another flat. Around 11 pm the flat was mine. I went to bed really late and couldn't sleep.
Today I was a wreck, went back to the flat and battled with the owner (via her agent) about which lamps would be included in the price.
State of the Sigune:
...So um, new page next Thursday?
Again, I'm really sorry :/.

State of the Sigune:
- exhausted;
- comic page-less;
- owner of a modernist flat from 1948 that includes an attic room for a lady's maid;
- lady's maid-less.
...So um, new page next Thursday?
Again, I'm really sorry :/.
