Today in the train I was thinking that I really, really, really need to edit and post my review of Sword at Sunset, because I'm nearly through The Once and Future King, and I need to review that too. Then again, it's not my fault if work has become really hectic and busy and doesn't leave me time for anything except sleeping as much as I can when I get home :/. And all the while I have 1) a swap gift to make, 2) an illustration to do for Rembrand's cool zine, 3) two paintings to do for a friend, 4) ELROND, and last but not least, comics pages to produce -_-.
Urrrrgh.
So yes, I'm posting this (with several hours' delay) and then off to bed :(.
BUT you get to meet one of my special darlings today. I can't even explain why he's one of my special darlings. You can venture a guess as to his identity, but there aren't even any canon hints - I have simply decided to drop him in this part of the story because. So you can try guessing, but in all honesty, I doubt very much that you'd guess right. Sorry about that!

A runaway slave boy begs Arthur to save his family from their Saxon masters. Cei doesn't trust the boy, but Arthur feels inspired. He decides to ride for Venta. And there he is going to do something everybody could have predicted. And meet one of my favourite minor characters.

Concrit is still and always welcome :).
THE STORY SO FAR:
( Part I: The Darkest Hour )
( Part II: Sunrise )
