So, um, I'm actually seriously considering enrolling at the local art academy for a two-year introductory course. It has a bit of everything, including drawing, colour study and clay sculpting. I have never had *any* formal education whatsoever in art, and - well, even if it is just to find out that I'm not doing too poorly on my own, it would seem useful to at least give it a try.
That said, I'd love to hear your opinion on this. It is a course specifically directed towards adults, with four hours of classes a week. It is at secondary school level, and apart from providing an introduction to a variety of media and materials, it includes visits to higher-level groups where you can get a taste of the specialised courses.
The academy actually offers a specific "Illustration & comics" class, but to be honest, I don't feel up to that skillwise. The idea of starting from the basics and of including sculpture rather appeals to me. Moreover, higher-level course takes up 10 hours a week, and I know from experience that I find my three-hour evening classes pretty serious already.

Morgana appears at Dunpendyrlaw in a slightly battered state. Gawain is very eager to show that he can prepare a poultice to heal her injuries. Morgause is dismissive, but Morgana prevails. And lo! Gawain actually produces something that works! Then, something actually happens in this comic, which is rare enough, so enjoy the moment ;).

Concrit is still and always welcome :).
