Gawain Project: The Darkest Hour 85-87
Sunday, 8 November 2009 12:57 am- The Romance of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table,
abridged from Malory's Morte d'Arthur by Alfred W. Pollard (1917)

It's really hard to explain why, but the dialogue on the following three pages gave me a lot of trouble. I really couldn't figure out how best to write it - which explains why I missed my self-imposed deadline and am posting late :/. And why the artwork looks (even) more sketchy than usual.
I predict that next week's pages will be a little tough too... And then the pressure to produce a decent ending is rising :). So I guess I will be craving your indulgence more than once in the coming weeks... But I promise to do my best!
For now, I hope you enjoy the continuation of the story. Concrit is very welcome!
What went before
Gorlois' youngest, Morgana, is beginning to show rather unnerving signs of magic. She makes King Uther feel uneasy, so he thinks of a way to get rid of her.
