Gawain Project: The Darkest Hour 74-75
Sunday, 11 October 2009 12:13 am- The Romance of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table,
abridged from Malory's Morte d'Arthur by Alfred W. Pollard (1917)

I apologise on beforehand for this week's update. It's late, it's short, and it's also clunky. This part is difficult because I have to skip ahead to the next great event and I don't seem to manage to do that elegantly. I could have let it lie longer and looked for a less clumsy way to handle it, but I don't want to delay the end of the story. My priority is to get the tale finished. I'll go back and edit later.
The only way I could have avoided the clunkiness at the moment was to have drawn three more pages this week, but that wasn't possible time-wise. So instead I have to leave you with two pages and the promise that you will have a better update next weekend. It may be late again, though - next week is really busy and my sister is getting married on Saturday. But I'll see what I can do :-).
Concrit is, as always, very welcome!
