And no, LJ, you're not getting my money this way - like I'm going to pay you for this deplorable treatment. Rather, this may be the final straw. In the past weeks, you have kicked me off my own journal, sabotaged my cross-posting from Dreamwidth, and assaulted me with bloody advertisements.

I don't easily get rude, but you have quite driven me over that edge.

Mine was a plus account. Until yesterday, that meant one banner at the top and one at the bottom of each page. I could live with that. But THIS?! They want to force us to get paid accounts. So I switched to a basic one. And I gave some money to Dreamwidth.

Never mind, I'll live :). I stopped paying for my LJ account because after years of subscription, I felt that LJ was trying to fish money out of my pocket in a not so honest way. This throwind ads all over the plus accounts is simply indecent - it is really to force plus account users to start paying. I have switched to a basic account here and started paying Dreamwidth out of spite :p.
