Are you sure you were in Berlin, indeed? The people are usually considered to be very short and bordering on rude. I like them anyway, though.

It's funny that you use the term city centre, because I can't think of any area that I would call this way, and I'm not sure whether the people in Berlin could decide on a city centre. I've never realised that before. Interesting. :)
