Oh, I read the blog postings of Peter Snejbjerg, because he is a damn fine Swedish artist, and recently, he mentioned this book, mayhap you can use it: "Die Gestalt des Menschen" by Gottfried Bammes. He says it's readily available on German Amazon and he himself doesn't speak all that much German. Picture he posted looked gut.
