Ah, another ASOIF addict. When we watched the series on TV, I was totally hooked, and got the first three books (we have two in German to every English one) right away for my kindle. But then falling back into my Age of Sail-love interferred, so I fear ASOIF is put back for the moment. But I absolutely understand the love! ;o) I hear you on Ned Stark, and am quite taken with Arya so far...

Gawain is wonderful. When I saw this image the first time he literally became alive for me, with "sound and smell", so to say; I felt for a moment like he was just there right before me in the flesh.
