Multifaceted Awards

Right. I'll follow [livejournal.com profile] aerynstales's example and pimp my own Multifaceted nomination :-). Voting for the Awards is now open, so if you feel like wasting a vote on my As She Likes It (for the really innocent readers among you, it's R-rated and SS/OFC) in the Endurance category for challenge entries, then please be my guest and go here. I'll never know if you don't, and I won't win anyway, but if you haven't done your good deed for today, you might consider this ;-).

I have just got my very own computer since Sunday, and moving all my files I started to dip into my fics again. The number of unfinished stories on my hard drive is depressing ;-). Anyway - I have come to think that Mirror Mirror is really one of the best things I ever wrote; but I suppose that now that HBP overtook it, it is doomed to oblivion. Too bad.

If anyone here is interested in letting me know their opinion, I'd love to hear which of my stories (or art, if you like that better) you liked best, and why... Just curiosity :-).

Thank you! ♥

"Snape's Address" really did strike a cord, somehow... Wherever I post, it's always the most read and most reviewed story. It was also a horror to write :P. I just came across an earlier draft with that silly ending:

“It might have its advantages to do something radically different,” Daphne admitted. “For one, it would provide us with the perfect opportunity to kick Malfoy’s arrogant butt.”
“Yeah,” Adrian agreed. “If we are lucky we might even expel him from the Quidditch team. He’s definitely the lousiest Seeker we’ve had in years, don’t you agree, sir?”
“I cannot deny it.”
“We could take Graham instead, or Dot.”
“We could finally beat Potter.”
“We could win the Quidditch Cup.”
“Why not the House Cup too, while we’re at it?”
“You could become Headmaster, sir!”
“Yes, if you don’t snuff it at the Dark Lord’s hands, that is.”
“Why, thank you, Mr Zabini.”
“You’re welcome, sir.”
“Now I suggest you all go to bed. It is late.”
“Oh, must we, Professor? I was just beginning to enjoy myself. We could make it cosy here.”
“We could have hot chocolate.”
“And cushions.”
“And a fire.”
“Never! Get out.”
“But-”
“Now!”
“… - Yes sir.”
The Slytherins picked themselves up seconds before their Head of House Vanished the chairs on which they had been sitting. They might have forged a pact, but that did not mean he had become any nicer. And so the newly formed Slytherin’s Army retreated to its common room – in stealth and order, as Slytherins must.

I did update it to fit HBP, actually. It didn't need that much - unless of course you are not willing to believe that HBP-Snape would have given that kind of speech :-). For the rest, Slytherin's Army is so stealthy that Harry just didn't notice it was there XD...
